[Herbal Composition] 5 taels of cinnabar powder
[Function and Indications] Calm the five zang organs, unblock joints, promote clear orifices, tonify lower jiao, nourish essence and brighten eyesight, treat wind deficiency.
[Dosage and Administration] Drink 3 he each day.
[Preparation Method] Process cinnabar into powder (5 taels), place in a fine cloth bag, pour 6 sheng of clear wine into a jar, seal, steam in boiling water until volume reduces by two-thirds, remove, refill to full, seal for 7 days.
[Precautions] Avoid sexual activity, scallions, soybean paste, raw food, hard food.

Note: Cinnabar is a carbonate mineral derived from stalactite, primarily composed of calcium carbonate and minor magnesium. Its nature is sweet and warm; it warms lung qi and strengthens yang. Contraindicated in yin deficiency with fire excess or lung heat cough.
