[Drug Composition] Tianmen Dong 120g, Mai Men Dong 120g, raw and cooked Rehmannia each 250g, ginseng 60g, white Poria 60g, goji berries 60g, sandalwood seeds 21g, safflower wood 15g, agarwood 9g
[Function and Indications] Invigorates qi and nourishes blood, harmonizes the five zang organs, regulates vital energy flow. Suitable for symptoms such as qi-blood deficiency, fatigue, shortness of breath, dull complexion, premature graying of hair, mental lethargy, poor digestion, abdominal distension, and reduced appetite.
[Dosage and Administration] Take in appropriate amounts.
[Preparation Method] Coarsely grind the herbs, pack into a silk bag, place in a ceramic wine jar, soak in 15 liters of white wine for three days. Then simmer over low-medium fire using a water bath for half an hour until the wine turns black. Let it steep another one or two days before drinking.
[Precautions] If the user has signs of heat, remove safflower wood and reduce ginseng dosage by half. Avoid radish, scallions, and garlic.
