[Drug Composition] Dried nightshade root (unfrosted, fine, steamed for one mealtime on rice) two jin, Xiang'erzi (slightly stir-fried, crushed) one sheng, Achyranthes root (remove herb) one sheng, Arctium lappa seed (slightly stir-fried, crushed) one sheng, hemp seed (slightly stir-fried, crushed) one sheng, burdock root (cut, fried with butter until golden yellow) one jin, Fangfeng, Gouzhi (late silkworm sand half jin, slightly stir-fried) two liang, Lycium berry, broken turtle shell (coated with butter, slightly charred, powdered) two liang, tiger leg bone (coated with butter, slightly charred, powdered) two liang, Platycodon root (remove head) one liang, Qianghuo two liang, Gentiana macrophylla (remove herb) two liang, processed Aconite (split, remove skin and heart) two liang
[Function and Indications] Promotes joint mobility, treats numbness, relieves pain, eliminates cramping, strengthens waist and knees.
[Dosage and Administration] Take on an empty stomach daily, warm and drink one bowl at noon and night, according to personal capacity.
[Preparation Method] Crush all herbs finely, pack in a fine silk bag, soak in good wine three shi (approximately 30 liters), place in a porcelain jar, seal tightly, after fourteen days open. When opening, do not face the mouth of the jar directly.
