[Function and Indications] Greatly harmonizes qi and blood, promotes circulation of nutritive and defensive qi, supplements deficiency and expels pathogens, strengthens true qi. Treats various wind-arthralgia, hand and foot pain, difficulty walking, weak knees and legs. Long-term use brings light body and healthy movement.
[Dosage and Administration] Take one cup each time, warm and on an empty stomach. Keep the residue, dry in sun or oven, grind into powder, make pills with wine paste, swallow with warm wine.
[Preparation Method] Chop herbs into coarse fragments, place in a raw silk bag, soak in one dou of ash-free wine, seal the bottle mouth. In spring, soak for three days; in summer, two days; in autumn, seven days; in winter, ten days.
