(I)
【Differential Diagnosis】Deficiency of kidney yin, accompanied by damp-heat.
【Therapeutic Principle】Tonify qi and nourish yin, clear heat and promote diuresis.
【Formula Name】Si Liu Li Shi Tang (Four-Six Dampness-Dispelling Decoction).
【Composition】Codonopsis root 12g, Poria 9g, Fresh rehmannia root 9g, Alisma rhizome 9g, Eucommia root 9g, Capillary wormwood 9g, Atractylodes macrocephala 9g, Anemarrhena rhizome 9g, Dodder seed 12g, White reed root 12g, Licorice root 3g.
【Usage】Decoct in water, take one dose daily, divided into 2 doses per day.

【Differential Diagnosis】Phlegm obstruction and blood stasis.
【Therapeutic Principle】Promote diuresis to remove dampness, resolve phlegm, activate blood and dissipate stasis, clear heat and detoxify, relieve pain.
【Formula Name】Ba Jiao Jin Pan Tang (Eight-Angle Golden Plate Decoction).
【Composition】Eight-angle golden plate (powdered and swallowed) 5g, Amber (swallowed) 5g, Motherwort 15g, Winter melon seed 10g, Talc 10g, Reed rhizome 30g, Red adzuki bean 30g, Citrus peel 5g, Licorice root 5g.
【Usage】Decoct in water, take one dose daily, divided into 2 doses per day.
