Breast Hyperplasia
(I)
【Differential Diagnosis】Qi stagnation and blood stasis in liver and gallbladder channels, blood deficiency and wind-heat in liver channel.
【Therapeutic Principle】Clear liver, relieve depression, cool blood, disperse nodules.
【Formula Name】Qing Gan Jie Yu Tang (Clear Liver and Relieve Depression Decoction).
【Composition】Ginseng (without root) 3g, Poria 3g, Prepared rehmannia root 3g, Fritillaria bulb (without core) 3g, Stir-fried gardenia fruit 3g, Atractylodes macrocephala 4.5g, Angelica root 4.5g, Bupleurum root 2.4g, Moutan bark 2.4g, Ligusticum chuanxiong 2.4g, Citrus peel 2.4g, Licorice root 1.5g.
【Usage】Decoct in water, take one dose daily, divided into 2 doses per day.

(II)
【Differential Diagnosis】Phlegm and qi coagulation.
【Therapeutic Principle】Nourish yin, clear heat, resolve phlegm, disperse nodules, regulate qi and break up stasis.
【Formula Name】Gong Jian San (Breakthrough Powder).
【Composition】Prunella herb 30g, Scrophularia root 30g, Raw oyster shell 30g, Kelp 15g, Ginger-prepared pinellia 12g, Sea algae 12g, Green tangerine peel 9g, Citrus peel 9g, Rhizoma spargani 6g, Rhizoma curcumae 6g.
【Usage】Decoct in water, or grind into powder, dissolve in boiling water and take.

【Composition】Hawthorn 15g, Schisandra fruit 15g, Malt 50g.
【Usage】Decoct in water, take one dose daily, divided into 2 doses per day.

【Composition】Bupleurum root 12g, White peony root 12g, Cyperus rotundus 12g, Curcuma longa 12g, Green tangerine peel 9g, Salvia miltiorrhiza 9g, Rhizoma spargani 9g, Raw oyster shell 30g (decoct first), Herba lycopodii 15g, Prunella herb 30g, Astragalus root 15g.
【Usage】Decoct in water, take one dose daily, divided into 2 doses per day.

【Composition】Trichosanthes fruit 15g, Raw oyster shell 15g, Prunella herb 15g, Kelp 15g, Sea algae 15g, Salvia miltiorrhiza 15g, Bupleurum root 9g, Tianmen Dong 9g, Rhizoma spargani 9g, Rhizoma curcumae 9g, Tangerine leaf 9g, Tangerine seed 9g, Pinellia 9g.
【Usage】Decoct in water, take one dose daily, divided into 2 doses per day.
