Self-Treatment Massage Method for Acne
Self-treatment health care for acne targets reflex zones: liver and gallbladder, urethra, bladder, ureters, and kidneys.
1. Liver and Gallbladder: On the right foot sole, just above the midline and below the joint between the third and fourth toes lies the liver reflex zone. Additionally, when palpating, a long, shallow depression indicates the gallbladder reflex zone. Massage direction should be from bottom to top.
2. Urethra: Located on the inner side of both feet, halfway between the ankle and heel. Palpation reveals a diagonal depression. Massage direction should be from the bladder reflex zone toward the heel.
3. Bladder: Found on the inner side of both feet, near the junction of the ankle and foot sole. Palpation gives a sensation of a small protruding lump. Massage direction should be from the ureter connection point diagonally toward the urethra.
4. Ureters: Located on the soles of both feet, diagonally upward from the bladder point toward the kidneys at a 45-degree angle. Palpation feels like a diagonal groove. Massage direction should be from the kidney connection point diagonally toward the bladder.
5. Kidneys: Located on the upper half of both foot soles. Palpation reveals a hard, slightly granular protrusion. Massage direction should be from top to bottom, diagonally toward the ureter.
