Knocking Hand Sanli to Prevent and Treat Cervical Spondylosis
The Hand Sanli point lies two finger-widths beyond the end of the elbow crease when the elbow is flexed at a right angle. Knocking method: Hold an open fist in the left hand and gently knock the right arm’s Hand Sanli point—do not apply excessive force. Knock 108 times, taking a breath every six knocks: inhale for the first three to six knocks, exhale for the next three to six knocks, repeating this pattern. Then switch to the right hand knocking the left arm’s Hand Sanli point. (From the Liberation Daily, Ni Yangrong)
