舒缓肌肤6步按摩法
Pressure-induced skin issues do not manifest in a single form. Let's understand them better and calmly address these accompanying concerns.
Step 1: Reduce Stress
Gently press the forehead with the tip of your thumb for 3 seconds, then release. Repeat this upward massage motion from the eyebrow to the hairline.
Step 2: Alleviate Tension
Gently press the temples with your index finger for 3 seconds, then release.
Step 3: Achieve Full Relaxation
Gently press the inner corner of the eye with your index finger for 3 seconds, then release.
Step 4: Promote Microcirculation
Starting from both sides of the jaw, use your index and middle fingers to gently massage in circular motions across the entire cheek area toward the temples, promoting blood circulation in the face and enhancing skin elasticity—continue for about 60 seconds.
Step 5: Enhance Skin Elasticity
Closely join your fingers and lightly pat the face from top to bottom and bottom to top, causing slight vibrations in the skin—repeat for dozens of times. This method helps maintain rosy, lustrous skin and increases elasticity.
Step 6: Enhance Comfort
Gently press the cheeks with the palm, gradually moving outward toward the ears. The depression behind the earlobe is known as the "submandibular gland," where old waste accumulates most easily. Press with your middle finger, then massage downward along the neck muscles.
