Foot Reflexology for Dizziness
If there is no tumor or foreign object in the head, but dizziness frequently occurs, it may be due to cerebral anemia or temporary poor blood circulation in the brain. Before dizziness, patients often feel stiffness in the shoulders and neck. Those with this symptom should refer to the self-care method for shoulder and neck stiffness. Patients with dizziness often feel that they or objects around them are spinning. This phenomenon is mostly caused by dysfunction of organs responsible for maintaining body balance, such as the cerebellum or the inner ear labyrinth.
Self-care method for dizziness targets reflex zones: Brain, Cerebellum, Trigeminal Nerve, Frontal Sinus, Ear, Inner Ear Labyrinth, Urinary System.
Enhanced massage areas for dizziness self-care: Cerebellum, Ear, Inner Ear Labyrinth.
1. Cerebellum (reflex zone has crossing): Located at the center between two horizontal lines on the sole of both big toes, adjacent to the neck area. Massage direction should be from outside to inside, then from inside to outside.
2. Brain (reflex zone has crossing): Covers the entire sole of both big toes. Massage direction is from top to bottom.
3. Trigeminal Nerve (reflex zone has crossing): Located below the outer edge of the big toe bones. Massage direction is from bottom to top.
4. Frontal Sinus (reflex zone has crossing): Found at the tips of all five toes, just beneath the toenails. Massage direction is from bottom to top.
5. Inner Ear Labyrinth: Located below the little toe on the top of both feet, along the edge of the first metatarsal bone. It feels slightly raised when touched. Locate the small raised bump and press and rub it firmly.
6. Ear (reflex zone has crossing): Found in the muscle area below the intersection of the fourth and fifth toes and the sole. Massage by grasping upward from above, then pushing inward.
