Massage Method for Preventing Constipation
(1) Alternately rub from the solar plexus down to the lower abdomen 50 times slowly with both hands.
(2) Rub palms from the ribcage toward the back 10 times, then from the back toward the pubic bone 10 times.
(3) Stack both hands, rotate clockwise around the navel 100 times.
(4) Place both hands above the navel and perform small circular motions 10 to 20 times.
(5) Clench fists and tap the "Large Intestine Shu" acupoint (located 5 cm lateral to the spinous process of the 4th lumbar vertebra) 20 to 30 times.
Effect: Practicing daily 1 to 3 times can enhance digestive function of the gastrointestinal tract and effectively prevent constipation.
