Simple Secret to Relieve Stiff Neck ("Rou Zou")

🔑 Keywords: Other · Acupuncture and Tuina
Main symptoms of insomnia include difficulty falling asleep, early awakening, frequent nighttime awakenings, vivid or disturbing dreams, feeling half-asleep, or complete sleeplessness. If such sleep disturbances are brief and daytime symptoms are mild without affecting work, study, or social activities, it may be termed insomnia—but not necessarily diagnosed as insomnia syndrome.
Test Yourself: Are You Insomniac?
Form your fingers into bows, placing the inner side of the second joint of both index fingers against Yintang (between the eyebrows). Glide from the glabella outward to the temples, repeating about 40 times.
Warm Your Hands and Face: Rub your palms together until warm. If hands are rough, apply a small amount of moisturizer. Then press palms firmly against the forehead and rub downward to the chin, repeating about 10 times.
Press and Rub the Back of the Head: Use the thumb pads to firmly press and rotate around Fengchi (the back of the head), then rub the back of the head about 30 times—until a sense of soreness and distension is felt.
Massage the Earlobe: The human trunk and internal organs have corresponding reflex zones on the earlobe. Massaging helps regulate whole-body functions and promotes circulation—beneficial for health.
Tap Zusanli Point: Located 10 cm lateral to the kneecap. Tap gently until a sensation of soreness, numbness, and distension appears.
Soak Feet on Pebbles: Spread small pebbles at the bottom of a basin, pour warm water over them, and soak feet for 20 minutes.
