Acupuncture Can Improve Sperm Quality
German researchers recently reported that acupuncture therapy can significantly improve male sperm quality, thus offering a potential treatment for certain infertility cases.
Researchers published in the journal *Fertility and Sterility* that acupuncture improves sperm quality and enhances motility. They conducted experiments on 28 male infertility patients, all of whom had reduced sperm motility and low sperm count—factors affecting fertility. Results showed acupuncture increased sperm count and reduced sperm abnormalities. Although the exact mechanism remains unclear, the findings confirm acupuncture as a simple and effective method for treating male infertility.
