Massage Helps Delay Skin Aging
Skin care products and methods are numerous and sometimes overwhelming. However, massage stands out as one of the most direct and effective approaches because it promotes blood circulation in the skin, enhancing metabolic activity. Proper stimulation also increases sebum and sweat secretion. As these secretions rise, dead cells and waste materials are more easily expelled from the body. Clogged pores become easier to clear, so massage not only cleanses but also accelerates skin metabolism, making the skin appear younger. It may also help reduce acne, dark spots, and wrinkles.
Generally, massage for 3–5 minutes daily is recommended. Though daily practice might seem burdensome at first, it becomes routine once habituated. To achieve healthy, beautiful skin, don’t shy away from these small efforts. Crucially, always cleanse the skin thoroughly before massaging. Otherwise, dirt will be pushed deeper into pores.
Apply massage cream evenly across the face, using circular motions from inside out—especially focusing on areas prone to wrinkles like the corners of the eyes, forehead, and mouth.
After massage, wipe off all cream and impurities completely. Ideally, wash again with facial cleanser, then apply toner, moisturizer, or night cream.
