Self-Massage for Hemorrhoids
Use two layers of sterile gauze (or clean silk cloth), place them tightly over the anus. With the right hand, place the index and middle fingers together on the gauze and press and release the anal area repeatedly, 50–70 times—do not press too hard. Perform three times daily, ideally after prolonged sitting or bowel movements. Each session lasts about 2 minutes. Eat more vegetables and fruits rich in fiber and vitamins. Consistent practice will yield noticeable results.
