Facial Massage
1. Apply a suitable amount of massage oil to the face and neck, then press several points along the jawline. Move from the chin to the ears.2. Press the depressions on both sides of the nose with your thumbs, then smoothly glide down to the corners of the mouth, finally reaching the center of the chin.3. Use ten fingertips to press the cheekbones, moving from beside the nose outward to the ears.4. Press parallel to the eyebrows from the hairline to the forehead, pressing several points with the thumb. This helps relieve headaches, sinusitis, and general swelling.5. Use the thumb to massage from the center of the forehead straight to the temples.6. Press the lacrimal sacs at the inner corners of both eyes with the index fingers, then gently stroke outward along the lower eyelashes.7. Gently press the outer ear. Massage the entire ear from back to front in a circular motion, avoiding skin rubbing. Repeat the same method on the other ear.
