A method called the "Six-Character Massage" has been proposed—it is easy to learn and offers good blood pressure-lowering effects.Rub: Rub the sides of the head with both palms, 36 times each.Wipe: Use the pads of the index, middle, and ring fingers to wipe from the center of the forehead outward to the temples, 36 times each.Comb: Slightly bend the ten fingers and comb from the frontal hairline across the crown to the posterior hairline, 36 times.Roll: Clench both hands into fists, with the knuckles facing the corresponding back areas.
