Back and Neck Massage
1. Apply oil to the neck and continue applying it down to the back. Then use one thumb to press along one side of the neck evenly.
2. Use both thumbs simultaneously on one side of the spine, pressing downward from below the neck along the spine.
3. When massaging the back, press about 1 cm away from the spine. Rapid pressure stimulates, while slow pressure helps relax.
4. Complete the first stage when reaching the coccyx. Then repeat the same process on the other side of the spine, keeping pressure points as parallel as possible.
5. Place both thumbs on either side of the spine and slowly move them downward and outward, from the coccyx to just below the neck. The purpose is to gradually disperse energy from the pressure points.
6. Use kneading techniques to massage the shoulders. The goal is to relieve accumulated tension in the shoulders.
7. Press both thumbs on either side of the spine, about 1 cm away, and gently press downward. Start from just below the neck and move down to the coccyx, opposite to step 5.
