Head Massage
Massage the scalp
This is especially effective for fatigue, hair loss, and aging. Begin from the back of the head, starting at the hollow behind the neck, and massage upward toward the crown. Use the thumb of your left hand to press from the left side of the neck toward the center, massaging the entire back of the neck, then repeat on the other side with the right hand. Next, rub the back of the head vigorously with both hands, using fingers to massage the entire skull as if washing your hair intensely. The skin will gradually relax.
Massage the solar plexus and stomach
The solar plexus lies at the center of the upper abdomen between the ribs. Simply place one oiled hand on this area and massage clockwise (counterclockwise appears ineffective). Perform the same motion on the stomach area; the warmth of your hand helps absorb the oil. Pregnant women should not perform this massage.
