Cistanche Lamb Porridge
[Ingredients] 30 grams of Cistanche, 150–200 grams of lamb, appropriate amount of rice, a little salt, and monosodium glutamate.
[Usage] Wash lamb, cut into slices, boil in a pot until cooked. Add rice and Cistanche, then cook into porridge. Season with salt and monosodium glutamate before serving.
[Function] Warms the interior, enhances yang, tonifies the kidneys, and enriches essence. Suitable for symptoms such as cold pain in the waist and knees, impotence, and seminal emission, as well as kidney deficiency with dull complexion.
Dragon Horse Young Chicken
[Ingredients] 15 grams of dried shrimp, 10 grams of sea horse, one young rooster, appropriate amounts of cooking wine, monosodium glutamate, salt, ginger, scallions, cornstarch, and clear soup.
[Usage] After slaughtering the young chicken, remove feathers and internal organs, wash, and set aside in a large bowl. Soak and wash sea horse and dried shrimp in warm water for 10 minutes, then place them on top of the chicken. Add chopped scallions, ginger chunks, and sufficient clear soup, then steam until tender. Remove scallions and ginger, add monosodium glutamate and salt. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch slurry, pour over the chicken. Consume by eating the sea horse, dried shrimp, and chicken.
