Remedies for Insomnia 3

Fresh mulberry 100g, fresh lily bulb 50g. Wash both ingredients, decoct in water, take once daily.
Mulberry tastes sweet and sour, nature slightly cold. Sweet and cold, it nourishes yin and blood, clears heat easily, commonly used to tonify liver and kidney. Regular consumption significantly improves symptoms of "heart-kidney deficiency leading to insomnia."
Lily nourishes and clears dampness. Deficiency of liver and kidney yin leads to internal heat, disturbing the heart spirit, causing sleeplessness at night, restlessness and agitation. Mulberry nourishes yin and clears heat, while lily calms the heart and spirit. Once yin is replenished and heat subsides, the spirit becomes tranquil and sleep is restored.
This formula also has the function of moistening the intestines and promoting bowel movements, useful for habitual constipation. Avoid use in cases of spleen-stomach deficiency-cold with diarrhea.
