Love Foods: Yin-Nourishing and Yang-Enhancing Delicacies
1. Cardamom Milk Juice
Chop celery and green onions finely. Mix with four cups of yogurt or wine, add a little ground cardamom and salt. Stir thoroughly and refrigerate. Consume half a cup (20–30 grams) each morning.
2. Celery Egg Custard
Wash 300g celery, cut into segments. Boil briefly in water, add a little flour and one cup of rich meat broth. Then mix in one egg yolk. Best consumed warm.
3. Carrot Porridge
Take two carrots, slice thinly. Mix with 150g of warmed cold milk and a pinch of salt. Blend well. Drink one cup daily, divided into three servings. Most effective if taken continuously for one week.

Add 20g cinnamon bark and 20g ginseng to 1kg white wine. Seal and soak for 15 days. Open and consume one glass (50–80 grams) daily.
