Simple and Effective Remedies to Reduce Age Spots Are Right at Your Doorstep
Age spots result from accumulation of deposits on arterial walls during human metabolism. Sesame oil, rich in unsaturated fatty acids, is easily broken down, utilized, and excreted in the body. It promotes cholesterol metabolism and removes arterial wall deposits, thereby eliminating age spots.
Eggplant contains abundant vitamin A, B1, C, D, protein, and calcium, which soften blood vessels. Eggplant also disperses blood stasis. Regular consumption lowers risk of vascular blockage and reduces lipofuscin deposition, leading to noticeable reduction in age spots.
Ginger: Contains various active ingredients, especially gingerol, which strongly counters lipofuscin. Wash ginger, slice or shred it, steep in boiling water for 10 minutes, then mix with one tablespoon of honey. Drink this mixture daily to visibly reduce age spots.
