🌿 Folk Prescriptions

Prescription and Usage:
Sang Piao Xiao 50g, Yi Zhi Ren, Suan Zao Ren, Wu Yao each 10g, Shan Yao 25g, Xu Duan, Ba Ji Tian each 30g, Suo Yang 15g, Ma Huang 5g. One dose is decocted in water, with 5 doses constituting one course of treatment. After symptom control, take every other day or every two days, then continue with Jin Kui Shen Qi Wan for one month to consolidate results.
Effects and Indications: Tonifies the kidneys and strengthens yang, calms the spirit and stabilizes the will, stops urination and consolidates the lower burner. Used for chronic enuresis, poor sleep quality, frequent dreaming, pale swollen tongue, deep fine weak pulse, etc.<Enuresis>
