Double Melon Vegetable Steamed Bun

[Ingredients] Winter melon 300g, sweet potato 200g, corn flour 100g, salt 5g, green onion 10g, ginger 10g.
[Preparation] Peel winter melon, chop finely. Mash sweet potato into paste. Mix with green onion, ginger, salt, and corn flour evenly. Shape into buns, steam over high heat for 20 minutes.
