Sweet and Sour Yam Cubes
[Ingredients] 500 grams of fresh yam, 50 grams of sugar, 50 grams of vinegar, 50 grams of flour.
[Preparation] Wash the fresh yam, peel it, and cut into dice. Heat a wok with vegetable oil to about six-tenths heat, then fry the yam cubes until the surface turns yellow and slightly blistered; remove and drain off excess oil.
