Tofu Steamed Bun
[Ingredients] 400 grams of flour, 100 grams of starter dough, 400 grams of steamed tofu, 10 grams of soaked dried shrimp, 20 grams of vermicelli, 30 grams of spinach, 10 grams of salt, 2 grams of monosodium glutamate, 10 grams of green onion, 10 grams of ginger, 20 grams of vegetable oil, appropriate amount of alkali.
[Preparation] Dough preparation follows standard bun-making method. Boil vermicelli in water until soft, chop finely, mix with spinach, tofu, dried shrimp, chopped green onion and ginger, salt, monosodium glutamate, and vegetable oil until well blended to form filling. Shape buns, place in steamer, steam for 20 minutes.
