Braised White Radish with Pork Ribs
[Ingredients] White radish 500 grams, pork ribs 250 grams, refined salt, green onion as needed.
[Preparation] Cut ribs into 3 cm pieces, slice radish. First stew ribs until meat separates from bone, then add radish and green onion, continue stewing until cooked. Skim off surface fat, add refined salt as needed.
