Spinach Porridge
Spinach (i.e., spinach) 100 grams, glutinous rice 50 grams. Wash the spinach thoroughly, chop finely, and cook together with rice to make porridge. Functions: nourish blood, stop bleeding, consolidate yin, moisten dryness.
