Goji Berry Steamed Egg
Two eggs, goji berries 15 grams, lard 40 grams, seasonings as needed. Crack eggs into bowl, beat well, add salt, monosodium glutamate, wet starch, and cold clear soup as needed, mix into egg mixture. Soak goji berries in boiling water until plump. Pour egg mixture into steamer, steam over boiling water for about 10 minutes, sprinkle goji berries on top and steam another 5 minutes.
