Clear Vision with Mung Bean and Pig Liver Porridge
50 grams mung beans, 100 grams pig liver, 100 grams aged japonica rice. Wash mung beans and aged rice together, place in pot with 1000 milliliters water. Boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat until porridge forms. Add liver slices; cook until liver is done.
Consume three times daily.
Has effects of clearing heat, nourishing blood, improving vision, and reducing jaundice.
