Coriander and Soybean Soup
[Ingredients] Coriander (also known as Chinese parsley) 30 grams, Soybeans 10 grams, A little salt.
[Preparation] Wash fresh coriander thoroughly; wash soybeans, place them in a pot with adequate water, boil for 15 minutes, then add fresh coriander and continue boiling for another 15 minutes.
[Usage] Strain and drink the soup, either all at once or in divided doses. Add a little salt for seasoning when drinking. One dose per day.
