Aconite Porridge
[Ingredients] 10g processed aconite root, 15g processed ginger, 100g rice.
[Preparation] First crush both herbs finely, sieve into powder. Take 10g each time, mix with rice and cook into porridge.
[Usage] Consume on an empty stomach.
[Effects] Warms the center, dispels cold, relieves pain. Suitable for cold-damp dysentery, urgent need to defecate, severe abdominal cramps, preferring pressure and warmth.
