Plum Porridge
[Ingredients] 20g dried plums, 100g rice,适量 rock sugar.
[Preparation] Boil dried plums to extract concentrated juice, filter out residue, add rice to cook porridge. After porridge is cooked, add appropriate amount of rock sugar and simmer briefly until dissolved.
[Usage] Twice daily, consume warm.
[Effects] Generates body fluids, quenches thirst, consolidates lungs to stop cough, tightens intestines to stop diarrhea. Suitable for chronic diarrhea and persistent cough accompanied by dry mouth and poor appetite.
[Comment] Contraindicated in acute diarrhea or common cold with cough.
