Leek and Carp Soup
[Ingredients] One carp (about 200 grams), appropriate amount of leeks, a little soy sauce and salt.
[Preparation] Clean carp by removing intestines, scales, and internal organs. Fill with leeks, place in a covered bowl, add soy sauce and salt, cover, steam for half an hour.
[Usage] Eat fish meat and drink soup, once daily.
