Wine-Stir-Fried Snails
[Ingredients] 700 grams snails, 15 grams cooking oil, 40 grams red wine (or yellow wine), salt, soy sauce, white pepper powder, green onion, ginger, as needed.
[Preparation] Wash snails, trim the tip of the shell with scissors. Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry snails until their shells pop open. Add wine, green onion, ginger, stir briefly, then add salt and soy sauce. Add a little water, simmer for ten minutes, sprinkle white pepper, mix well, and serve.
[Usage] Consume 1–2 times daily.

[Notes] Snails are cold in nature, sweet in taste, rich in protein, fat, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, iron, etc., with functions of clearing heat and promoting diuresis. Used for difficulty in urination, painful urination, jaundice, edema, diabetes, red eyes, bloody stools, swelling and pain.
