[Ingredients] 3g tangerine peel, 3g sandalwood, 200g lean pork.
[Preparation] First, bake tangerine peel and sandalwood until brittle, then grind into powder. Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a wok, add pork slices, stir-fry briefly, add sufficient water, cook until done. When nearly cooked, add tangerine peel and sandalwood powder along with salt, stir well.
