Ginger and Leek Milk Juice
[Ingredients] 50–150g fresh leeks, 20–30g fresh ginger, 250g fresh milk.
[Preparation] Crush fresh leeks and ginger, extract juice, mix with fresh milk, heat to boiling.
[Usage] Drink frequently warm or consume with meals.
