Double Melon Vegetable Steamed Bun
[Ingredients] 300g winter melon, 200g sweet potato, 100g cornmeal, 5g salt, 10g green onions, 10g ginger.
[Preparation] Peel winter melon, chop finely; mash sweet potato into paste; mix with green onions, ginger, salt, and cornmeal evenly. Shape into buns, steam over high heat for 20 minutes.
