Tofu Steamed Dumplings
[Ingredients] 400g flour, 100g starter dough, 400g steamed tofu, 10g dried shrimp, 20g vermicelli, 30g spinach, 10g salt, 2g monosodium glutamate, 10g green onions, 10g ginger, 20g vegetable oil, and appropriate amount of alkali.
[Preparation] Prepare dough as usual for dumplings. Boil vermicelli briefly in water until soft, chop finely, mix with spinach, tofu, dried shrimp, green onions, ginger, salt, monosodium glutamate, and vegetable oil until well blended. Fill and shape dumplings, then steam for 20 minutes.
[Usage] Eat as staple food.
[Efficacy] Harmonizes the spleen and stomach, eliminates distension, widens the chest, benefits qi, and clears intestinal turbidity.
[Note] Tofu is rich in protein, vitamins, inorganic salts, fat, and carbohydrates; dried shrimp, spinach, and vermicelli are low in calories, thus contributing to weight loss.
