1. One egg, one cup of milk, one spoonful of honey.
Preparation: Beat the egg thoroughly, pour it into heated milk, simmer gently until boiled, then cool slightly before adding honey.
Usage: Eat after breakfast or as a morning snack, accompanied by bread or steamed buns. This formula should be taken regularly.
2. 10 grams of wolfberry, 3 grams of tangerine peel, 10 pieces of longan flesh, one spoonful of honey.
Preparation: Place wolfberry and tangerine peel in a double-layered gauze bag, then combine with longan flesh in a pot. Add sufficient water, boil for half an hour, remove longan flesh and broth, then add honey.
Usage: Consume as an afternoon snack. This formula should also be taken regularly.
Treatment for Pseudo-myopia and Prevention of Progressive Myopia:
1. 10 grams of wolfberry, 3 grams of tangerine peel, 8 jujubes, two spoonfuls of honey.
Preparation: Place wolfberry, tangerine peel, and jujubes in a pot, add sufficient water, simmer over low heat for 20 minutes to extract the first decoction. Add water again and extract the second decoction.
Usage: Take both decoctions in two separate doses, spaced 3–4 hours apart. Add one spoonful of honey to each dose before consumption.
2. One spoonful of walnut paste, one spoonful of black sesame powder, one cup of milk or soy milk, one spoonful of honey.
Preparation: Remove shells and skins from 1500 grams of walnuts, place in a wok, stir-fry over low heat until slightly yellow, then cool and crush into paste. Clean 500 grams of black sesame seeds by rinsing in a rice strainer, then dry-fry in a wok until dry, cool, and grind finely.
