Duling Vine Wine
[Drug Composition] Duling vine (freshly cut) ten liang
[Function and Indications] Counteracts poisoning from various drugs.
[Dosage and Administration] Divide into three doses.
[Preparation Method] Boil with one dou of water and three sheng of wine until reduced to three sheng.

[Note] After consuming, both the medicine wine and poison are excreted via urine. Avoid eating poison for ten days. If ineffective, repeat and recovery will follow.
Note: Duling vine is also known as Tianxian Teng, the stem and leaves of Aristolochia debilis (Aristolochiaceae). It tastes bitter, is warm in nature, and functions to move qi, resolve dampness, activate blood, and relieve pain. Historically, few sources mention its detoxifying properties, so further validation and exploration are needed.
Two Vines Wine
[Drug Composition] Duling vine, Huangteng (both finely chopped), each about two hand spans long, three inches
[Function and Indications] Detoxifies internal poisons.
[Dosage and Administration] Drink as much as desired, warm, maintaining a slight wine color.
[Preparation Method] Place both herbs in a small earthen jar, seal with three sheng of wine, surround with slow fire around the sides, heat until boiling, then cool and consume. No restrictions.
