Tennis Elbow Herbal Wine
Drug Stick Tincture
[Composition] Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii, Radix Aconiti Carmichaelii, Radix Notoginseng, Herba Asari, Frankincense, Myrrh, etc.
[Function and Indication] Promoting qi and blood flow, unblocking meridians and collaterals. Used for tennis elbow, rheumatoid arthritis, periarthritis of shoulder.
[Usage and Dosage] During treatment, dip the stick into the tincture and tap the affected area—specifically the Quchi point plus Hegu point—at a rate of 90–120 times per minute, starting lightly and gradually increasing intensity. Adjust based on patient’s condition: light tapping is tonifying, heavy tapping is purging. One session consists of 15 taps. Use point-tapping method.
[Preparation Method] Soak the above herbs in commercially available white liquor for seven days.
