Returning Vision Divine Clarity Wine
[Ingredients] Coptis chinensis (remove beard) five liang, oyster shell, chrysanthemum seed, ginger gypsum, yellow nitrate stone, ruiren, qinpi, mountain hawthorn, angelica, Scutellaria baicalensis (remove black heart), sand参, borax, licorice (roasted), peony, ze xie, cassia bark (remove coarse skin), qi zi, plantain seed, pale bamboo leaf, pine nut, fangfeng (remove forks), aconite (remove skin and base), xinyi, ginseng, Chuanxiong, white芷, qumai穗, peach kernel (remove skin, double kernels, roasted), fine cinnamon (remove stems and leaves), groundsel (roasted) three liang, camphor three qian, cloves two qian, genuine pearl (holeless) twenty-five beads
[Function & Indication] Treats blurred vision and blindness due to internal or external obstructions.
[Dosage & Administration] Take half a heaping spoon after meals, avoid intoxication and vomiting. Increase gradually.
[Preparation Method] Chop the thirty-four ingredients finely, place in a gauze bag, soak in five dou of good wine in a jar. Soak seven days in spring/summer, fourteen days in autumn/winter.

Raw Goji Berry Wine
[Ingredients] Raw goji berries five jin
[Function & Indication] Tonifies deficiency, promotes muscle growth, enhances complexion, strengthens physique, removes fatigue-induced heat, delays aging. Suitable for visual impairment, eye dryness, tearing due to liver-kidney deficiency, and premature aging.
[Dosage & Administration] Start with three heaping spoonfuls, then drink freely.
[Preparation Method] Soak five jin of raw goji berries in two dou of good wine, crush without breaking, soak for seven days, filter out residue.

Pine Resin Wine
[Ingredients] Pine resin ten jin
[Function & Indication] Nourishes liver, treats liver deficiency cold, or excessive tears due to high wind.
[Dosage & Administration] Take one heaping spoon each time, twice daily.
[Preparation Method] Chop the resin finely, soak in water for one week, then boil, slowly collect the top resin layer, replenish water when exhausted. Continue boiling until resin is gone. When smoke ceases, extinguish fire. After cooling, the resin sinks. Collect one jin, ferment with one sheng of rice, seven dou of water, two dou of good yeast, following standard home brewing methods. Cool before adding cooked rice, seal for one hundred days. The resin, rice, and yeast will dissolve completely. When the wine aroma fills the air, drink slowly. This wine requires double the yeast.

Smartweed Wine
[Ingredients] Smartweed
[Function & Indication] Treats cold stomach preventing eating, poor hearing and sight, limb edema, cold feet in winter. After consuming this wine for ten months, eyes become sharp, body becomes robust.
[Dosage & Administration] Drink according to personal capacity.
[Preparation Method] Dry smartweed, bundle fifty sheng per bunch, sixty bundles total, boil with six shi of water until one shi remains, filter out residue, brew into wine using standard method.
[Caution] "Qianjin Yaofang·Food Therapy": "Excessive consumption of smartweed is toxic, causes heart pain. Eating with raw fish causes breath loss and testicular pain. Women should avoid smartweed and garlic during menstruation."

Comment: The Tang Dynasty's "Qianjin Yaofang·Food Therapy" warns against excessive consumption of smartweed, yet praises smartweed wine highly in treating "wind toxin foot disease." Ming Dynasty's "Bencao Gangmu" and "Pujifang" also state that long-term use improves hearing and sight, strengthens spleen and stomach—possibly due to changes in medicinal properties after brewing. Further research needed.
Rejuvenating Rehmannia Wine

[Ingredients] Prepared Rehmannia 100g, thousand-year green 1.50g, black mulberry 120g, black sesame 60g, Huai yam 200g, southern bamboo seed 30g, Sichuan pepper 30g, ginkgo 15g, great victory seed 45g
[Function & Indication] Liver-kidney deficiency, premature graying hair, declining vision and hearing, early aging.
[Dosage & Administration] Take once in the morning and evening, empty stomach, warm and drink one or two cups each time.
[Preparation Method] Grind the nine herbs finely, wrap in summer white cloth, place in a clean container, soak in two liters of good wine for seven days, then filter out residue.
[Caution] Avoid eating radish during medication period.
