[Drug Composition] 90g prepared Rehmannia glutinosa, 120g raw Rehmannia glutinosa, 120g whole Angelica sinensis, 60g Dioscorea opposita, 30g Notopterygium incisum, 30g Angelica pubescens, 60g Achyranthes bidentata, 90g Gentiana macrophylla, 60g Atractylodes lancea, 60g Citrus reticulata peel, 60g Dipsacus asperoides, 90g Ophiopogon japonicus, 60g wolfberry fruit, 15g cinnamon bark, 30g fennel seed, 30g Ligusticum wallichii, 60g Paeonia suffruticosa, 60g Chaenomeles speciosa, 120g Acanthopanax gracilistylus
[Function and Indications] Tonifies liver and kidney, strengthens tendons and bones, nourishes yin and blood, dispels wind-dampness. Suitable for elderly individuals with deficiency of liver and kidney, weakness of qi and blood, affected by wind-cold-damp pathogens leading to blocked meridians and poor circulation of qi and blood, resulting in joint pain, weak tendons and bones, and difficulty walking.
[Dosage and Administration] Drink two small cups each morning and evening.
[Preparation Method] Place the above herbs in a silk bag, soak in 25 liters of aged wine, seal the jar, heat over water for 1.5 hours, cool down, then bury the jar underground for seven days before drinking.
