Rehmannia Glutinous Rice Wine (Premature Gray Hair)
[Formula] Dried rehmannia 155 grams, glutinous rice 2500 grams, yeast 180 grams.
[Preparation] Briefly steam rehmannia, crush, grind yeast into powder, set aside. Wash and dry glutinous rice, steam into rice, cool, place in container, mix with rehmannia and yeast, seal, maintain warmth, after about 21 days the wine is mature, filter off residue, ready for use.
[Function] Tonifies liver and kidney, nourishes yin and blood, darkens hair, prolongs life.
[Indications] Symptoms due to deficiency of liver-kidney yin-blood: sore waist and legs, tinnitus, dizziness, menstrual irregularity, premature gray hair, dull complexion, weak spleen-stomach, indigestion after meals, fatigue.
[Usage] Oral. Drink as desired, avoid intoxication, three times daily.
