[Drug Composition] Peach blossoms 3 liang 3 qian, Matricaria flowers 5 liang 5 qian, Sesame flowers 6 liang 6 qian, Yellow chrysanthemum 9 liang 9 qian, Persimmon seeds 49 pieces, White flour 10 jin
[Function and Indications] Tonifies deficiency, strengthens Qi, removes wind-dampness, long-term use delays aging and improves complexion.
[Dosage and Administration] Take as needed orally.
[Preparation Method] Collect peach blossoms on March 3rd, matricaria flowers on May 5th, sesame flowers on June 6th, yellow chrysanthemums on September 9th, dry them in shade. On December 8th, collect winter water (frozen water) 3 dou. Wait until Spring Equinox, then select good persimmon seeds, remove skins and tips, mix with white flour and previous dried flowers to make yeast, wrap in paper for 49 days. When ready, use one bottle of clear water, one "jiu" (unit), and one piece of flour, seal tightly until fermentation completes. If too weak, add another "jiu".
